The Bearcat Advantage covers up to 100 percent of tuition and mandatory fees for qualifying BCPS graduates at eligible four-year universities or colleges in Michigan, eligible Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) across the country, or one 15 top private universities in Michigan thanks to the new partnership with Michigan Colleges Alliance.
