Each month, the Battle Creek Rotary Club selects one student from the area who exemplifies determination and focus to name as its Student of the Month. Their most recent selection, BCC senior Rose Miller, attended the club's weekly meeting recently to receive the honor.
Battle Creek Central counselor Tiffini Hollins shared that Rose is dual-enrolled as a KCC Early Middle College student, and has also been involved in cheerleading, softball, tennis, DECA, the Red Cross Club, Link Crew, National Honor Society, and the Superintendent's Advisory Council.
Rose has been accepted to Clark Atlanta University. She is interested in becoming a children’s mental health counselor and also aspires to own an interior design business one day.
Congratulations, Rose. We can't wait to see what your future holds!
