Dear BC STEM Families,
I hope everyone is having an exciting finish to summer and is ready to return for another wonderful school year. My name is Christian Manley, and I will serve as your building Principal for Battle Creek STEM Innovation Center for the 2024-2025 school year.
Important Dates & Information:
- August 12th: 6th Grade Orientation 9 a.m - 11 a.m
- August 12th: Optional Parent Orientation 9 a.m - 9:15 a.m
- August 20th: Open House 4pm - 6pm
- August 21st: 1ST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!!!
**BC STEM NEW START AND END TIMES**
Beginning this year, each full school day will begin at 7:40 AM, and we will release at 2:45 PM.
- Full Day: 7:40 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
- Half Day: 7:40 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.
- Early Release Wednesday: 7:40 a.m. - 1:55 p.m.
We understand there may be a period of adjustment to this new time for some families. However, the change comes in response to family concerns we’ve heard regarding alignment with our other secondary schools, athletic schedules, and bus routes.
**Please note, we will open the doors at 7:25 a.m for students to enter the building**
