The Middle School REACH program is an advanced and accelerated math and English Language Arts program that utilized the AP College Board Springboard curriculum to help gifted learners tackle advanced concepts and subject matter that ladder to high school curricula and beyond. Middle School REACH students attend Springfield Middle School, with the same classmates and ELA and math teachers in grades 6 through 8, studying an accelerated curriculum for both subjects.
Participating students will:
- Finish 8th grade with high school credit for ninth-grade English and Algebra 1.
- Advance even more quickly to earn college credits in high school.
- Have access to multiple opportunities, such as honors credit in high school, Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate courses, college dual enrollment and the Early-Middle College Program.
Fill out the interest form below and a REACH teacher will contact you within five days to discuss the program and application process.
