Operation Fit

Morning movement and lunchtime programs led by community volunteers help our students increase physical activity, improve nutrition and create healthy habits early on. Operation Fit programs are available at Dudley STEM, Fremont International Academy, LaMora Park, Post-Franklin and Valley View elementary schools.

We want the school environment to be a positive influence in the development of behavior leading to a healthy lifestyle and for parents to continue the message at home. Through Operation Fit, we strive to:

• Increase Physical Activity
• Improve Nutrition and the Lunchroom Environment
• Create supportive environments through policies, education, communication and parent support.
